How Participation Works
Eligible UKFLMS holders on Solana participate through the closing snapshot. No separate registration is required for Holder Awards.

Top 3 Eligible Holders Win
First, second and third place go to the three largest eligible holders at the closing snapshot after exclusions.
Community Draw for 4th & 5th
All remaining eligible holders are included in the Community Draw for fourth and fifth place — one entry each, regardless of balance.
Automatic Participation for Eligible Holders
No registration, entry form or separate entry submission is required for Holder Awards. Winners of the first three prizes will be determined using Solscan’s UKFLMS holder rankings at the closing snapshot, after excluding ineligible accounts. UK Financial Ltd will conduct the Community Draw using the remaining eligible holders from the Solscan snapshot. The drawing date and results will be announced through official channels.

Estimated Prize Value
The combined prize package consists of 175 MAYA 3 tokens and 19.5 SOL, with an estimated value of $2,101,950, calculated using company-stated prices of $12,000 per MAYA 3 token and approximately $100 per SOL.
These prices have not been independently verified for this announcement. Prizes will be delivered as tokens. Market values and available liquidity fluctuate, and the estimate does not represent a guaranteed cash payout or resale value. UK Financial Ltd describes MAYA 3 as the planned gas token for its forthcoming blockchain.
Participants must be natural persons aged at least 18 and the age of majority in their jurisdiction, and legally able to receive the relevant tokens. All jurisdictions are eligible unless prohibited by law. Void where prohibited.
Only UKFLMS on Solana counts. A wallet means a Solana owner address; all token accounts for this mint owned by that address are added together. Participants must beneficially own and control the holdings claimed.
Company accounts, the president, insiders, related wallets and liquidity pools are excluded from all five prizes. Exchange and protocol accounts that do not represent an eligible individual holder are also excluded.
Each beneficial owner may receive only one prize, and the top three winners cannot also win a Community Draw prize.
